• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is not permitted.
• Hacking, exploiting bugs, or attempting to disrupt GamyDay is not permitted.
• Harassment, abusive behaviour, or harmful content is not permitted.
• Discriminatory or hateful content is not permitted.
• Accounts involved in serious violations may be restricted, suspended, or terminated after review.

• Participation in GamyDay games and events is voluntary.
• Results and rewards are determined according to the rules of the respective game or event.

• GamyDay may make reasonable changes to games, events, rewards, or features when necessary.

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be reviewed and may be delayed, declined, or reversed where appropriate.

• Rewards earned on GamyDay are credited to your account as GD Points. GD Points are redeemed in the GamyDay Store for the items and vouchers listed there. They are not transferred to a bank account or UPI ID and are not withdrawable as cash.
• Rewards from a daily event become claimable once that day's standings have been settled. A reward that is not claimed within 14 days of settlement lapses and can no longer be claimed.
• Submitting a redemption request deducts the GD Points from your balance at the time the request is made. The request is then processed for fulfilment, and you can follow its status from your account.
• Store items are subject to availability, and the items listed may change from time to time.
• A redemption request may be held for verification where there are reasonable concerns regarding misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
• Rewards and redemptions are subject to the applicable GamyDay rules and policies.

• GamyDay may temporarily restrict or suspend an account when there are reasonable concerns regarding misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
• Where appropriate, users may be contacted for clarification or additional verification.
• GamyDay aims to handle account-related issues fairly and responsibly.

• Users are responsible for using GamyDay in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
